Last night I spoke to BBC Spotlight about the cryptosporidium outbreak in Brixham.
Important questions still need to be answered but sadly South West Water are unable to govern the answers we need because of the investigation into the incident.
It was worrying to hear that they have 10,000 similar air valves across their region but were unable to say anything about the maintenance programme they are running.
They also refused to say they would test the water in any of the houses in the boil water area - a reasonable request of a company that needs to restore trust with this community.
